Refund Policy

At BestTechBazaar.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Must be returned within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery (as per the timeline mentioned at checkout).

Must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice included.

The product must not be listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 6 below).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

Carefully pack the product and ship it to the return address provided.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for a bank transfer.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Double-check your bank account or payment method.

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Not what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened software, digital downloads, or licenses

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards or vouchers
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at besttechbazaar@gmail.com .
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier. After that, the order will be subject to the standard return process.
